AI Service: To provide personalized AI coaching responses, your conversation messages are processed by a third-party AI service. This data is used solely to generate coaching responses and is not used for advertising or sold to any other parties. Our AI service provider is bound by strict data protection agreements ensuring the same level of data protection as outlined in this policy.

Your data is stored securely on Microsoft Azure and protected by industry-standard security measures. All data transmitted to our AI service provider is encrypted and transmitted securely.

We retain your data for the duration of the research project. You may request deletion by contacting us at: chitat@hkbu.edu.hk.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us.
